Responsibilities
- Assist in building and deploying automation workflows using Python, RPA tools, or AI platforms
- Support AI experiments, including prompt engineering, chatbot development, and model testing
- Analyze and map existing processes to identify automation opportunities
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of automation solutions
- Prepare documentation such as SOPs, workflow diagrams, and technical notes
- Research new AI tools and automation best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and gather feedback
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Information Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and automation tools
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly
